This characterful house located 15 minutes from Gueret can accommodate up to 14 people. No pets allowed. It has a terrace not overlooked with a dome covered pool, the pool is not heated and is open from June to August inclusive. The environment is quiet with views of the countryside and its flat garden. Wi-Fi Nearby hiking path on foot or by bike ,pond for fishing and also suitable for hunting. A pleasant and touristy area. The space On the ground floor there is an entrance with cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker with oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge). A library with piano including an extra bed and screen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room, living room with flat screen and dining room overlooking the terrace with outdoor furniture (table, living room) and barbecue. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with single bunk bed and another with double bed at the bottom and single at the top, landing sofa bed partitioned by a screen, double sink bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Baby bed and high chair. End-of-stay cleaning fee + mandatory linen rental. Other things to note Parking spaces in a private lot close to the house are available.
