This charming, non-smoking house, located 15 minutes from Gueret, can accommodate up to 14 people. No pets allowed. It has a terrace not overlooked with a dome covered pool, the pool is not heated and is open from June to August inclusive. The environment is quiet with views of the countryside and its flat garden. Wi-Fi Nearby hiking path on foot or by bike ,pond for fishing and also suitable for hunting. A pleasant and touristy area. The space On the ground floor there is an entrance with cabinets, a fully equipped kitchen (cooking piano with oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge). A library with piano including an extra bed and screen, bathroom wc, laundry room,living room with flat screen and dining room overlooking the terrace with outdoor furniture ( table, living room) and barbecue. Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bunk bed and a trundle bed, another bedroom with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top, plus a trundle bed, a landing with a sofa bed separated by a screen, a bathroom with a double sink, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Umbrella bed and high chair. End of stay cleaning fee + linen rental required. Other things to note Parking spaces in a private lot close to the house are available.
