This space is shared with other quests. Other things to note Like many beachside properties along East Grand Avenue, this unit is located near the local train tracks. Trains do pass by periodically throughout the day and night, and while most guests find it a minor part of the Old Orchard experience, those sensitive to sound or traveling with young children may want to plan accordingly. Please No smoking of any kind inside or near the front doors please. Google Maps sometimes places the property closer to the Pier than it actually is. We’re about 0.3 miles away. For the most accurate location, please use 46 East Grand Avenue (our second building in the complex).
