Summer’s Place is located just steps away from the beautiful Heritage Trail and one block from Main Street; nestled at the end of a quiet street with minimal traffic -four blocks to the river. Madison offers many festivals & community events. You'll be close enough to walk and far enough to enjoy your peace & quiet. Restaurants, stores and great coffee shops are all in walking distance. The space Summer’s Place was created with you in mind and offers an inviting home that is cozy and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Our cottage is designed for 2 adult renters and not suitable for young children. Think quiet getaway and a place to rest and recharge while experiencing the great city of Madison. Upon your arrival you'll find a few staples in the fridge to start your mornings : Coffee, tea, bread, butter, a few eggs and snack bars. The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries including make-up wipes, Q-tips, cotton balls and more. Feel free to use the lush robes after a hot bath or while enjoying your morning coffee. Other things to note April to Nov, the patio offers a BBQ grill and fire pit. It’s one of our favorite places to relax with music and a bottle of wine.
