The Perfect Note- hidden gem in Kelowna's heart

The Perfect Note is in a beautiful residential neighborhood on a view lot in town, close to lake, beaches, hiking, etc. Your suite has separate access & personal little patio in the front. The seasonal pool (Open May to mid Sep) is shared use. Sleeping: 4 guests. Child/infant-friendly. Queen bed, sofa bed, floor mattress . We have a valid business license; please register guest number accurately: eg. 2 adults, 2 kids. The space The unit has a full fridge, toaster oven, and microwave and use of a BBQ (a fee may be charged if not cleaned after use). There are dishes and cutlery, wine glasses, a Keurig coffee maker, and a tea kettle ( coffee and tea provided) as well as a few cookware items for toaster-oven and microwave cooking. Our insurance does not allow for a hotplate. Please enter guest number accurately so we can set up bedding accordingly. Guest access You have a private washroom, and access your personal full washroom (sink, shower, toilet) through a short hallway. The hallway to the washroom also leads to the host’s laundry room, so the hallway may be used sparingly by hosts. You have full dedicated access to your guest suite through your front outside patio and shared use of the backyard swimming pool area and backyard gazebo. Other things to note We are Superhosts with AirBnB, and fully compliant with BC guidelines for hosting and with all municipal business license requirements.
