Off=street parking is available on the driveway directly outside the entrance. Guest space extends outdoors to a lush garden setting, where you’ll have full use of the covered alfresco area and BBQ — ideal for unwinding or enjoying meals in a peaceful, green environment. Other things to note Our BnB is intended as a quiet and comfortable retreat for guests looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. As we live on the upper level and are part of a quiet neighbourhood, we kindly ask that guests are mindful of noise and respectful of the surroundings. The property is not suitable for parties or group gatherings.• it is also not suited to guests aged under 8 years. Because we are located in a quiet residential area, we require guests to move inside from the outside verandah and garden after 9pm and to keep noise inside the house to a minimum after 10:30pm.
