The space The front door opens into a cozy living room equipped with a large Smart TV and dual reclining sofa. High Speed Internet and Wifi are included in your stay, so you'll be able to stream from any and all of your favorite services. You'll also find a dedicated workspace area with a desk, desk lamp, and comfortable office chair for those that work from home or want a comfortable space to use a computer. The galley style kitchen has freshly painted cabinets and new countertops. You'll find a full size refrigerator, oven with stovetop, and microwave. The cabinets are stocked with all the basics you'll need, but if you find there's anything missing please don't hesitate to reach out. The adjacent dining area has a drop leaf table that expands and includes seating for two. The bedroom is set up with a queen bed. We've included a complete set of sheets and pillowcases, and layered cotton and fleece blankets to customize your comfort level while you are sleeping. The best part is that this type of bedding fits easily in the washer and dryer - no oversized comforters or duvets that are difficult to launder (and let's be honest - you're always left wondering if and when they have actually been washed!). There is plenty of storage space for your belongings, and the bedroom includes a dresser, nightstand, as well as a bedside lamp. You will also find the bathroom stocked with towels, along with some starter supplies for your convenience. A hair dryer is available for your use. Other things to note Starter supplies of toilet paper, tissues, paper towel, toiletries, and laundry detergent provided. Cleaning supplies are provided. If you are interested in adding on a regular cleaning service during your stay, contact us! The building is heated by a boiler located in the basement. Individual apartments do not have the ability to adjust the boiler settings. If your apartment is too hot or too cold, please let us know and we can contact the building owner to have the boiler adjusted if needed. There are air conditioning units located in the living room and bedroom for your use as well. Electricity, water, and gas are included in your stay, but kindly be mindful of your usage. You'll find a washer and dryer available for your use in the basement of the apartment building. No coins are needed for operation. There are garbage and recycling bins in the parking lot behind the building for your use. Do NOT overfill. There is free street parking available in front of property. An electronic keypad lock is used to enter the apartment building. This unit is located on the first floor just inside the entrance, and has its own electronic keypad lock. You'll find rugs to wipe your feet clean at the front entrance. There is a closet with hangers in the living room for your coats and things. Use of the garage and parking lot behind the building is not included in your stay.
