Guest access •    Entire Home & Yard — Enjoy exclusive access to indoor and outdoor spaces, including the game room/ 4th bedroom, kitchen, bedrooms, covered patio, pool, hot tub, fire pit area, hammock and swing zone. (excluding owner's closet and maintenance closets)     •    Self Check-In — You’ll receive a personalized door code before arrival—no keys required.     •    Parking — Driveway and Street parking     •    Peace of Mind — This is a private, single-family property on a quiet, family-friendly street—perfect for relaxation and fun. Other things to note •    Lights & Fans: Backyard string lights auto-switch on at sunset and off at midnight. Want them off sooner or on longer? Just tap the button on the right side of the smart plug above the patio bench. Patio fans are pull-cord operated to keep you cool.     •    Pool & Hot Tub: Please shower before use, no glass near the water, and cover the hot tub after each soak. The pool is closed May 1st-November 1st but hot tub remains open year-round     •    Respect & Safety: Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking indoors (okay outdoors if butts are disposed of). Kids must be supervised near pool, hot tub, and swing. • Pets: Guests must remove pet waste from the yard. A $20 fee applies if waste is left behind. There is a pet waste station located in the backyard for your convenience. Due to past negative experience and hefty cleaning fees added via our cleaners, shedding dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture and any found pet hair will result in an additional $100 cleaning charge. • Appliances: The ice and water dispenser on the refrigerator is currently disconnected.
