The Panama House is a completely restored 125 year old Industrial farm house. We are located in California, Ohio w/ plenty of space for your family. 15-20 min WALK to Coney Island, Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, Belterra Casino/Race Track. 7 miles to Downtown Cincinnati. The entire house has all new updates and furnishings. 1/2 acre of yard space. *Summer 2023 note: outdoor pergola is down due to storm damage for the safety of our guests. Will be replacing soon! The space Absolutely NO fireworks/fire crackers allowed. There are animals in the surrounding area that would be negatively impacted by the noise. Guest access Access to whole house and yard. Roughly 1/2 acre with large fire pit access. Other things to note Please be aware, because the property is near the river and surrounded by wooded areas. Could encounter fox, raccoons, opossums, skunks, and a variety of birds. Just be aware of your surroundings. There are neighborhood chickens and ducks that wander. Pony farm across the street is private property.
