In the heart of the Castro, we are blocks from Castro Street corridor's restaurants, nightlife, and public transport lines. This well appointed modern 2 bedroom space is perfectly situated for your stay in San Francisco. Please note: Due to our insurance policy, absolutely no guests are allowed on property except those listed on the reservation. There will be a penalty fee if this is not respected. Also please note that we have two small children who you will hear from time to time. Thanks! The space This newly remodeled, upscale two bedroom space is full of modern amenities. Enjoy hardwood floors throughout, and the comfort of heated floors or central heat. There is an in unit washer and dryer. While we don't have a stove, we do have a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and freezer. Because we are centrally located, we are home to some of the best restaurants in the city. The high speed fiber optic internet is solid for all your video conference and streaming needs. Guest access The space is accessed by the guest's private entrance on the ground floor. The entire floor, which includes the two bedrooms, living room, and kitchenette, is for the guest's private use. Other things to note Our space is offered at a maximum occupancy of two adults, with the possibility of adding two children. For those with mobility issues, please note that our house is located on an incline. The bedroom located at the front of the house may receive some traffic noise, particularly on Wednesday mornings during trash pickup. The bedroom located at the back of the house should be largely unaffected. Please no smoking or drugs anywhere inside or on the property. Registration Details STR-0006957
