Outdoor fireplace, fire pit and meat smoker await your relaxing get togethers. The space Always recover hot tub and we recommend showering off all oils before getting into it. Not recovering the hot tub could keep next guests from being able to use it. Not closing hot tub properly will result in a 40$ fine. Base board heaters in every room. They will warm place up nicely. All TVs have Rokus hooked up. A wireless Bluetooth floating speaker is supplied to listen to while in pool or hottub. Large front yard for throwing a baseball or football. Comes with a basketball goal as well. Bring your 4 wheelers/sidebysides/dirtbikes. The master bedroom holds a king size bed and tv. Kitchen is fully equipped, including seasonings. Other bedroom also has tv and two full size beds. Bunked or unbunked. Bring your own fire wood. Use lint to help start fire if there is any in laundry room. Pet Policy Warning for Airbnb Guests If you are bringing dogs to our Airbnb property, please note the following requirements to ensure a smooth stay: 1. Flea and Tick Treatment: All dogs must have up-to-date flea and tick treatments prior to arrival. If an infestation occurs due to untreated pets, guests will be responsible for the cost of extermination. Our yard is already treated for ticks and fleas. 2. Dog Damage: Any damage caused by dogs, including chewing on wooden structures or chew toys, will be the guest’s responsibility. To prevent damage inside the house, please ensure dogs are not left unattended. We recommend keeping them in a crate, in a designated sunroom, or outside when you are not present. Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional charges for damages or treatments. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our property safe and enjoyable for all guests! Guest access The media room in the backyard and the shop on site are off limits and will be locked. The Master Bedroom Closet is not for Air BNB use. Please respect our home. Walking trail/ fourwheeler trail around west side you are welcome to travel with either. Stay out of garden area. Boats and kayaks are not for public use. Other things to note ALWAYS RECOVER HOTUB AFTER USE. Pool is shut down as of October 15th since cooler weather and fall has made it unfeasible to keep open. Hot tub open year around. Hot Tub Misuse Fee If the tub is left with water displaced below jets, visible debris/oils/glitter, or requires draining/refill, a $175 fee will be charged via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. • This is a non-refundable deterrent to protect future guests if tub is left unusable. Guests who leave the tub usable receive $0 fee. Hot tub Rules : You MUST shower before entering the hot tub to avoid natural oils and applied lotions and debris in the water *No more than 4 people max at one time to avoid displacing the water below the jets *must close the top between uses to maintain cleanliness and heat -Any misuse causing displaced or dirty water enough to affect the next guests use will result in fines as posted on AIRBNB booking Need an amazing massage?
