The dining area seats 8 guests, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (coffee pot and toaster), dishes, pots and pans, cookware and utensils. Limited dishwashing tabs will be provided. There is a big comfy sectional in the Living Room you can relax on while turning on your favorite streaming service on the mounted 86" Sony flat screen television. The Master Suite has a mounted 55" television, with access to the pool, a king size tempur-pedic bed, plenty of storage room and a spacious ensuite with a shower and bath. The second Master Suite has comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom that opens up to the pool area. Bedroom 3 is a spacious room with a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has 4 twin-bunk beds and 2 full-bunk beds. The den has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a 65" mounted television. The laundry room comes equipped with a washer and dryer that can be used as needed. Limited laundry pods will be provided. The covered lanai is a true gem, featuring a wonderful sparkling heated salt water pool, a jacuzzi, and lots of room to lounge. An extra flat screen television is also included for added entertainment, plus a beverage fridge to keep your refreshments cold while you soak in the beautiful Florida weather.
