Discover our charming water mill, which can accommodate up to 14 people, located in the heart of nature. Ideal for family or friends reunions, this place offers a variety of activities: fishing on the Gartempe, hiking on scenic trails and canoeing adventures. Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating setting for a memorable stay. The space The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to a comfortable dining area and adapted to the number of guests. You can access the outside through a window door leading to the islet and enjoy the lunches, dinners and naps in the heart of nature. On the middle floor, you will enjoy a charming living room, impressive by its ceiling height and beams. Depending on the season, and the temperatures, you can warm up around the fireplace. The first floor is composed of three bedrooms, including a master suite equipped with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds, which may or may not be glued, to your liking. An independent bathroom completes the floor. On the second, a bedroom with a double bed as well as a dorm with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds are waiting for you. An independent bathroom completes this floor. The accommodation is equipped with 3 independent toilets, 1 per level. Important information: the mill has a pellet stove, fireplace, convectors for each room. If the temperatures are too low, we will ask you for an additional fee to cover the energy costs. SHEETS AND TOWELS WILL BE SUPPLEMENTED 10 EUROS PER PERSON VILLAGE Located a short drive away, the village has local shops: a bakery, a butcher, a grocery store, a smoking bar, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a post office as well as a drug store. ACTIVITIES The mill is ideally placed at the crossroads of rich activities - Futuroscope: 50 mins - Beauval Zoo: 1h - Golf, 9 holes: 20 minutes - Climbing: 20 minutes The mill offers, on site, many services, where you will find: - petanque court, + balls and Molkky - 3 paddles - 2 canoes - Peach Poles - a speaker with its microphone for karaoke evenings - hiking trails are at the foot of the mill - TV and overhead projector Other things to note The accommodation is located on the Gartempe River, we would like to draw your attention to the risks this poses, especially for young children.
