Please be respectful of our neighbors. Other things to note The boat lift and the boat held on the lift belong to the property owners. Although guests are encouraged to bring their own watercraft, which can be docked on site, the owners' boat and lift are personal property not to touched. A fine of up to $2,000 will be enforced for any improper use of the boat lift or boat. If the boat or boat lift are damaged, additional fines will be imposed up to the amount of damage. Hurricane season is from June 1 - November 30th. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance as refunds will not be given unless an evacuation is mandatory.
