Camp and Glamp in style with the picture perfect view of the Vineyard, Olive Grove, Avocado Grove, Tango Grove and endless miles of hiking in the last Southern California Sandia Creek Trails surrounded by Nature. The cabin has all the amenities of your home. This cabin will sleep: 4 Adults and 2 Kids Sleeping arrangements: 1 Queen Bed / 3 Full Beds 2 Bedrooms / 2 Lofts Location / Space: 150 acres of nature Guest Access: Entire Cabin The space This cabin will sleep: 4 Adults and 2 Kids Sleeping arrangements: 1 Queen Bed / 3 Full Beds 2 Bedrooms / 2 Lofts All vehicles will need to park in our parking lot. Then you will be transported to your cabin by our on site property manager in an ATV. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. You cannot drive up to your cabin with any vehicle of your own. Guest access You'll get your own cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 lofts with enough space to sleep 4 Adults and 2 Kids. Bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven with stovetop, and big screen TV. All vehicles will need to park in our parking lot. Then you will be transported to your cabin by our on site property manager in an ATV. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. You cannot drive up to your cabin with any vehicle of your own. Other things to note Other things to note: The property is 150 acres spanning all the way to Temecula so you are free to hike around. It’s part of a nature reserve, running creeks, harsh terrains, with wild animals including coyotes, rabbits, snakes, so be on alert. Warning: Coyotes have been spoted by the main residence, please ALWAYS accompany children when outdoor. CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!! There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests. ***NO FIRES WILL BE PERMITED ANYWHERE ON OUR PROPERTY*** House Rules: 10pm-7am No-Noise Ordinance The name of all guests is required at least a week prior to arrival. Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old are required. No Parties Allowed - We have an on-site property manager. No Smoking Allowed. No Drugs Allowed. No Pets Allowed. No Loud Noise after 10pm. Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or a fraction. Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee of $2,000 per occurrence. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly unit. Pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate rental cancellation. * In California, pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment). California law, like federal law, doesn't require that emotional support animals be allowed in public places. *Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. * Service animals must not be left in our house alone. Under the ADA service dog laws, service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times Security Cameras are located Outside Only. Tampering with the camera will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and reported to Airbnb. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, no corporate events unless with prior written approval and acceptance of additional Event Fees. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC or refrigerator can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day. We have an on-site property manager. Please dispose trash in trash bags. Leave them inside the cabin for housekeeping to pick-up and do not leave outside of the cabin as it will attract mouse and pest. We are not responsible for mice or pests if trash is not disposed of properly. All vehicles will need to park in our parking lot.
