Cozy cabin in the middle of Skåne

A pleasant simple cottage peacefully situated in a beautiful old farmstead, with naturally grazing cows as the nearest neighbor. Beautiful forest walks around the corner and walking distance to a small swimming area and farmshop. The location is idyllic and close to nature in the countryside, with cycling distance to Höör, where you will find a train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and also a Zoo. Good connections with all of Skåne and Denmark. The space The cottage is divided into 3 rooms and a kitchen and is best suited for a maximum of 4. But has space for 6. Two bedrooms, a conservatory and a spacious terrace with a grill and table/chairs complement the indoor area. In the living room there is a dining area as well as a warming open fireplace and a sofa to cozy up in front of the fire. The sofa can be made into a bed for the night with space for two people (140 cm). In bedroom 1 there is a double bed (2x90 cm) In bedroom 2 there are two-three beds in a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120 cm wide. The cottage is cozy with a simple standard and gives guests an adventurous and close-to-nature experience beyond the ordinary. On the plot and next to the cottage there is an open-air shower with hot water and the combustion toilet can be found next to it in a shed. The cottage is heated with a wood stove and radiators. In the garden you can drink your morning coffee in peace and quiet and talk to the cows or deer in the pasture next door or climb over the stone fence to find wild strawberries to string on straw. Here you will find peace and change from everyday life and the children can play freely. Guest access The only space on the property that is not accessible to guests is the small red shed where tools and equipment are stored. Otherwise, everything is freely accessible. Other things to note Please note 1. The cottage has a simpler standard and there is no bathroom inside. A shower with hot water is in the garden. An incineration toilet is in a shed in the garden and this is always restored/cleaned/emptied by the guest. 2. The last 200 meters to reach the plot you drive "off track" on grass through a cow pasture. It is definitely driveable with a regular car, but the road lacks paving and lighting. It is also possible to park on the gravel road and walk the last part to the cottage. 3. We are meticulous with our house rules and want you to leave the cottage as you wish to find it. We live nearby and are on hand if needed, so you are always welcome to contact us! We respect our guests' privacy and never come unannounced. Equipment required to leave the cottage in good condition is available, and cleaning supplies can be purchased.
