The upstairs has the living areas, designer kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The spacious lounge room has plush furnishings and a fireplace to snuggle up in front of during the cooler months. The lounge room leads to a wraparound, north-facing, sun-filled covered deck with spectacular views. It has a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table and chairs. (Be prepared for an insight into the secret life of birds.) The fully appointed designer kitchen includes a large stove and cooktop, fridge/freezer with filtered water and a crushed and cubed ice maker, microwave, cookbooks and a wine fridge. There’s also an additional, private deck off the kitchen/dining area with bush and water views, and an outdoor dining table and chairs. Bedroom 1 has beautiful water and mountain views and an ensuite. It opens onto a covered deck with outdoor lounges. Bedroom 2 has a bush outlook and water glimpses of the bay. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. You’ll also find 3 bathrooms and the laundry upstairs. The entrance and garage are located on the ground level. Guest access The whole of the property is yours to enjoy, no matter which of the 5, 3 or 2 bedroom options you choose. For the 2 bedroom option, 2 bedrooms will be open for you, and the 2 downstairs bedrooms and 1 upstairs bedroom will be locked. The driveway is quite steep (but so worth it for the elevated views!), so you may like to drive elderly guests or young children up to house, and use the internal access door directly from the garage. We’re always available to help with any issues that may arise, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy all that Belle Of The Bays has to offer. GROCERY DELIVERIES You can arrange for either Woolies or Coles to deliver groceries directly to the house, to coincide with your arrival time or to be waiting for you at the front door.
