Suite Southern Style

Created in 2024, the comfortable & stylish Suite is a 865 SF fully equipped mini home located between Ocala & Gainesville. The 5 acre farm with magnificent Live Oaks is home to 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 horse & my house. My flowers, vegetables & herb gardens are available for enjoyment. The rural town of Anthony offers 2 eating places, a gas station, & Dollar General. If the hussle & bustle of a city is your desire, the Suite is not for you. But if peace surrounded by nature is - Please join us. The space You will enter into the den, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The microwave is in the tall cabinet by the frig. There's a 12' x 12' outdoor patio through the French doors. Great place for morning coffee and listen to the birds. There is a 1.5 step up into the bedroom. A king-size bed, chest of drawers, and sitting chair with table by the window is in the bedroom. Saving space was a top priority with the Suite and we utilized 'pocket doors' between most areas . However, there is a solid door to give privacy in the toilet. The bathroom has a 'tub/shower". The vanity was made from my husband's grandmother's dresser. Quite the treasure! Off the bedroom is the 'walk through' closet which lead to the stacked washer and dryer. Guest access I live on 5 acres. You are welcome to browse around outside. Areas to be careful of are the burn pile and the pasture with the horse in it. Cooper, the horse, is 24 years old, but still has a lot of spunk. I'd advise petting him through the fence. Please do not mess with my tractor or area under the pole barn. My workshop is off limits too, please.
