The master bedroom leads out to a cosy outdoor lounge area where you can sit and relax with a morning cuppa. Bedroom two is comfortable and private. Bedroom three offers the ultimate in design flexibility with a comfortable sofa bed and complete work from home office set up. The dining room has a six seater dining table, there is additional seating at the generous kitchen bench nearby. In the living room, a big screen TV gives you the complete at home cinema experience with Netflix, there’s also a sound bar that offers excellent sound reproduction. Outdoors there’s an eight seater outdoor dining table with a barbecue so you can cook up and dine alfresco style under the stars. Guest access You have access to all spaces, and the yard. There is secure undercover parking for a small or medium sized car. Off street parking is also available. Guests can arrive at any time after check-in. The key is provided in the lock-box at the entrance, the code is provided to you 24 hours before check in. Other things to note Enjoy exploring the hinterland and coastal beaches, and on your return sit on the back deck with a glass of wine and drink in the peace and tranquility, you’ll hear the local native birds, and might even spot the resident Kookaburra. You are only a short drive to restaurants and cafes in Caloundra, offering everything from pub food to family style dining, cafes and bistros with local and international fare. The home is only 14 km from Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo, and a short drive to Montville and Maleny, quaint villages infused with European flavour. There are hiking trails, waterfalls, restaurants and eateries galore. If you love to shop till you drop, you are 18 km from Maroochydore, the sunshine coasts shopping mecca.
