Quiet location close to Casper College, Walgreens, Grocery Store. Close to downtown. Good sized back yard perfect for kids or pets. Yard will be maintained weekly by private landscaping company. By request, we can be flexible with days that they are at the house to work around your booking. Entire main level included , basement is not available. The space We are a pet friendly property, but at this time we only allow dogs. Maximum 2 well behaved dogs. We do ask that owners clean up all pet waste in yard . Non smoking property. Guest access Entire main level and back yard . Other things to note $50 pet fee per stay NO WiFi at this time. Guests have used their own hot spots with good results. TV’s both have antennas with several stations available. There is no cable TV either. This is a NO SMOKING property.
