Centrally located among all of the SEO hospitals, General Mills, Bellisio Foods, Speyside Bourbon Cooperage and many other industries, this property is ideal for traveling professionals or families who are temporarily relocating. We have thought of everything to make your stay as seamless and homey as possible. The space Our entire property is newly renovated and thoughtfully designed for our guests' ultimate enjoyment. Main Level: Right through the front door is the sitting/living room. The living room has a Smart TV and spacious couch for relaxing. The sitting room is attached to the living room where we recommend relaxing, having a drink or listening to a favorite vinyl on the record player. You will walkthrough the living room to get to the kitchen, laundry, full bathroom and 1st floor bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. Laundry is situated next to the full bathroom and on the main floor for the highest level of convenience. Relax in the deep, soaking tub and brand new shower that has just been installed in the full bathroom. The 1st floor bedroom is just a few steps away. We have handpicked each piece in this room so that it welcomes you with a natural, cozy feel. An armoire dresser and closet storage system provide plenty of space for your belongings. And last but not least, our favorite spot off the main level, is the access to the large deck overlooking the backyard. With a lush tree line behind the house, expect to enjoy your coffee with families of deer and birds. We recommend checking out the millions of lightning bugs sparkling the trees in the summer. Upper level: Up the stairs, you will find the reading room. The reading room has a wonderfully comfortable chair that reclines and rocks as you get lost in a good book. We encourage you to read through some of our library provided during your stay. The reading room also has a desk and great workspace setup for any after-hour work you may need to do. Through the reading room is a half bath and the 2nd floor bedroom. We hope you retreat to this room after a long day to relax and rejuvenate. It makes a great guest bedroom as well! Guest access You will have access to the entire property, driveway and yard. We do keep the garage and one closet locked for storage.
