Other things to note Please provide the exact number of guests, including adults and children, who will be staying during your reservation. Additional guests will be charged as per the airbnb policy and pricing at the time of booking. Kindly send the ID of the lead guest. Check-in: Between 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, flexible (as long as mutually agreed in advance). Digital key: Details and code will be provided prior to Arrival. Non-standard check-in: Entails small extra fee with prior request where possible – this extra will be charged via special offer section through Airbnb website as a separate payment. Cleaning fee Cleaning fee is for general cleaning between guests and is non-refundable. The Airbnb guest fee is set and paid directly to Airbnb, and we have no control over it. Unauthorised Guests: Any additional guests not present on the original booking staying overnight will be charged extra (charges apply per guest per night). Visitors: Visitors are STRICTLY not permitted at any time of the day during your stay. Illegal Substances: Consumption of illegal substances is STRICTLY prohibited. If found will be reported to the relevant authorities. BBQ: No Barbecue allowed. Noise: Please be mindful of quiet neighbourhood and others’ private lives. No parties with loud music, no loud outdoor conversation allowed. Pets: No pets allowed. Emergencies Please report any pre-existing damage, stains, or issues such as new water leaks, smoke, overheating, or non-working appliances, so I can arrange for emergency assistance promptly. The property is regularly inspected for these issues and checked for damage between each stay.
