There is a private parking spot and weekly trash pick up available for long-term stays. Guest access Guest have full access to the backyard. No access is given to the garage. Other things to note There are two queen beds, and a twin sized cot stored in the closet which can be used also. It has a camping mattress and is best for children under 10.
