The space Our apartment is a compact studio with a single open space that integrates bedroom, living room and kitchen, with a separate bathroom. It is designed to maximize functionality, it is ideal for single people or couples looking for a super chic, comfortable, practical place with a central location that you will love! Guest access You have access to the entire apartment area except for the 2 doors in front of the steps where only authorized personnel have access Other things to note CHECK-IN: Early check-in WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION to the apartment is not allowed. In case there is availability to do so, it has a cost of $15.00/hour in advance. Cost per unauthorized hour at Check-out $100.00 PARKING: We have 1 uncovered parking space reserved for our guests located in a public parking lot 150 meters from the accommodation. Because it is a public parking lot, it has a maximum check-in time of 11:00 pm. In case you need to leave the parking lot at dawn, there are security personnel from the establishment who will open the door so that you can leave with your car. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in this accommodation. If you are a smoker, you can do it outside the accommodation on the street. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED: We have a strict rule that DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES. We respect our neighbors and the peace of the condominium. If neighbors call to file a noise complaint, you may be asked to leave the listing and you won't receive a refund. PET POLICY: Your dog/cat is welcome to stay with you in the accommodation but you must follow these rules: ● Do not put it on the beds and the living room armchair. ● Do not leave your pet alone or unattended! ● A $100.00 fine will be charged for damage caused by your pet. LIGHTS: Make sure all lights and electrical appliances are turned off when you leave the property. TRASH: You can leave the trash in the green container located outside the apartment, which is collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the cleaning staff, or you can take it out yourself outside the door that faces the street, since the garbage truck passes by every day before 7:00 am.
