Come stay at this totally remodeled home, 5 min walk to downtown and a 5 min drive to Berlin. So much to do, shop, golf, Amish activities, wineries, brewery, biking. Hot tub, fire pit & awesome outside patio. Very spacious home to relax & entertain. There is an upstairs coffee station and full bath. Full bath and bedroom on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen. We have a record player, games and more. Best of both worlds, close to town but private with a yard & patio. Very unique home. The space We have a completely remodeled house with comfy beds, linens, towels and everything you need to make your stay with us enjoyable. Brand new walk in shower on the first floor and brand new bathroom on the second floor. There is a bedroom on the first floor. We are also close to downtown Millersburg which is such a cute quant town. Lots of great restaurants, Brewery, antique stores and other great places to shop. You can walk from our home to downtown. There is also Rails to Trails where you can walk, ride bikes and see alot of Amish buggies on the trail. Rails to Trails is within minutes of our home. There are also many golf courses close to us. Berlin is a short 5 minute drive from our home, so much to do and see here. Our home offers the best of both worlds. You are within walking distance (5 minutes) to downtown but you feel like you are in the country with privacy, patio, hot tub, fire pit and yard. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note - No Parties, events, or unregistered visitors. -Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum outside quiet hours. -No Glassware around HOT TUB area. -Please.
