The space Located on the ground floor with street access of a modern building, this bedroom offers a space designed to ensure maximum comfort. The photos speak for themselves, revealing all the amenities of its facilities: Living room with Smart TV, and a very comfortable double bed (150 x 200 cm). Kitchenette without a stove but with a microwave and dining area with 2 chairs. 1 full bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. Within these 20 m², you will find an intimate space that provides the necessary tranquility to recharge your energy after exploring the always exciting city of Madrid. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linens, gel, shampoo, and hand soap are provided for first use. Hot water supply is limited in the unit. For best use, we suggest not letting it run before showering. Additionally, there is air conditioning in both cool and warm modes for a comfortable stay in any season of the year. There is a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. During your stay We offer remote interaction with guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that guests can communicate with customer service at any time, day or night, to get help with their reservations, solve problems, or simply chat. There are several ways to communicate remotely: calling the customer service line, sending an email, or sending a message through conventional channels.  Guests can be assured that they will receive a quick and helpful response from a member of the friendly and professional customer service team. Other things to note With self-check-in, you are guaranteed convenience and accessibility. We do not have space to store luggage after check-out. These will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. If the requested details are not provided before arrival, the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Hot water is limited. It is necessary to wait 15-20 minutes to have hot water again. A shower lasts a maximum of 10 minutes of hot water.
