Private room with access to common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. The space Home is residential and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The yard is sloped but decks offer a nature setting for recreation, cook-out and relaxation. Quiet. Safe and as close to a homey feeling as possible There are several common area available but most do not use and remain in their individual area. Internet is gig speed. Ample off street parking for over 8-10 cars. Even have a bunker for just in case. Guest access Home access is with individual code access and expires with each stay. Each room has a lockbox which allows for instant booking and easy checking-in. Two living areas, kitchen, kitchette and reading, dining areas. There are multiple baths available for convenience. Outside deck for outdoor relaxation and any smoking. Front porch seating and a swing. Packages and deliveries are ok. Taking pride in our space and our guests can be relied upon to keep in its good condition. During your stay Always available by message with replies always within minutes or hours (excepting early am hours). Hosts are active and on-site daily but not in premisis where personal interaction is always welcome but not necessay. Other things to note We are a home of those who enjoy their time in quiet and privacy and enjoy it here for long periods of time. Thru Airbnb, but geared towards those who work in the areas and longer terms stays. Some for time to acquaint in the area & seeking their own place. Some here for longer terms.
