One bedroom house with king bed and 2 roll-away beds available upon request for a fee, insert # of guests for rates, night rate is for 2 guests. The roll away beds go in the bedroom. Only 1 A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be On for a maximum of 16 hours per day. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and cook in the well stocked kitchen. The space This off the grid, solar powered comfortable one-bedroom house provides: INTERIOR - One bedroom with A/C*, king size bed (doesn't split in 2 beds). - Full bathroom with shampoo and shower gel, towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and other amenities. - Open plan concept living room and kitchen with A/C* - Fully-stocked kitchen: stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker/grinder, blender, set of dishes, pots and pans, and basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices and ground coffee. Drinking water filter in the kitchen faucet. EXTERIOR - rocking chairs - hammock - view deck - outdoor shower - parking for small/ medium sized vehicles, for larger vehicles parking is located one block behind the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are also available in the house. You can rent snorkeling gear at any of the dive shops in town. *IMPORTANT* Cabo Pulmo is 100% off-the-grid and solar/ generator powered. Due to our limited power, this unit DOESN'T have any high voltage appliances like: T.V., microwave, hair dryer, toaster, dish washer, washing machine, dryer or any other not listed in the description. *Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be on for a maximum of 16 hours per day. While some restaurants take credit cards, cash is preferred and in Mexican pesos. ATM/banks are not available here. Cabo Pulmo midnight is about 9 pm/ 21:00 hrs. If coming from Los Cabos avoid the East Cape road if you are driving at night and if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle. This road doesn't have any cellphone signal until reaching Cabo Pulmo. Gas stations are not available along the road. Other things to note The water meter can be found in front of the house, where occasionally you may notice someone recording the readings. This occurs once every three months. Cabo Pulmo is a quaint, rural, remote and secluded town lacking amenities such as gas stations, pharmacies, and laundry facilities. It's advisable to visit larger supermarkets in Los Cabos or La Paz. Chedrahui and Soriana are the closest markets to the airport in San José del Cabo. Is not uncommon to hear roosters in the morning or to see cows roaming around the neighborhood. There are seven restaurants available in town with different working hours offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The last gas station (Pemex) is in La Ribera across the street from the last ATM (Banorte) along with the last modest grocery store on the right side of the highway. Cabo Pulmo has two very small stores offering a very limited selection of products; like drinking water, eggs, wine, beer and some snacks.
