North House of Floripa Island

Cozy and pleasant 2-bedroom house in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, a neighborhood in the North of the Island, with easy access to the main beaches of Florianópolis. The property has air conditioning in the double bedroom that cools all rooms, as well as ceiling and portable fans. Wooded backyard, balcony with hammock, covered garage, washing machine and mobile barbecue. Equipped with a water filter and all household utensils. We provide bed linens and beach chairs. Guest access House with backyard, covered garage, washing machine and individual gate. Other things to note The house is private with all the individual spaces, but it has a wall that is semi-detached with the front house. But it's turned away, you can't see the backyard from one house to another, it's all very private. Gate, garage, laundry are also individual. Due to lack of care, I do not provide bath towels or umbrellas.
