Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire space during their stay, including: Living Area: Relax in the comfortable living room, equipped with a 43-inch Smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Prime Video (log in with your own account), or use our Disney Plus and HBO Go accounts. Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking only. Please be mindful of the building rules to avoid any issues with the administration. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided; feel free to choose between instant coffee, freshly ground coffee using the grinder and French press, or a variety of teas. We kindly ask that you handle the equipment with care and clean up after use. Bedroom and Bathroom: You’ll have access to bedroom and bathroom, which are stocked with fresh linens and essential toiletries. Pool: Enjoy the pool, which is available and free for up to 2 people. Each additional person will be charged 200 pesos. Please note that the pool is closed on Mondays. Study Room: There is a quiet study room located in the penthouse, perfect for reading, working, or studying during your stay. Parking: Free parking is available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Please park at your own risk.
