Great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and Cabana Sam's. Loft is designed for children and young adults as the steps are steep. Not recommended for small children and elderly. Inside the cottage is very spacious and great for a family setting. Located directly next door to another listing. (Cottage 2) Great for larger friend and family groups. The space Open floor plan for ease of family and friend time. Guest access Whole house/ cottage to yourself. Other things to note We do have a no pet policy Please note heat is by gas fireplace only TV is a smart TV to use with guests streaming services
