The space Purple Iris is one level home with 3BR ( 1K 2 Q and single sofa bed in oversized chair in living area) and 2BA that sits on its own private oasis in Clarke County, Virginia. The property is just a short 5 min drive from the Shenandoah River and hiker’s favorite Bears Den overlook ! Guests will love its serene and artistic boho vibe. If you have an electric car you’re in luck because there is a private EV charger !! There is also a Bidet in the master bathroom. The kitchen has an Echo Dot so you can just say the word “ Alexa” and it will keep the music flowing ! It sleeps up to 7 guests and all will sleep well in the luxurious mattresses in each bedroom and pull out twin sofa bed and couch in living area — Work will seem easy in the comfortable work spaces. There is a desk in each bedroom. A Wireless Printer available for guests use. Two Flat Screen TVs ( living room and master bedroom) Fast Reliable WiFi /Separate Laundry room. There is plenty of seating indoor and out for families and friends to spread out or enjoy time together. The rear of the house boasts a large deck with a propane grill. In the lower part of the yard there is also a gazebo and more outdoor seating and picnic table for gathering and enjoying the nature and beauty that abounds. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to yourself with the exception of the basement which is locked for homeowners storage. Other things to note NO SMOKING NO PARTIES NO DRAMA DOGS ALLOWED (additional fee & agreement of pet policy. ) QUIET HOURS 11pm- 7am. This is a private home please treat it with respect and leave it in the same condition that you found it in. Please NOTE the following: ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE Guest that stay over 30 days will have a double cleaning fee —this will be charged at the end of the stay thru the Airbnb resolution tab. ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY FEE Guests will have an additional $100 fee for all stays that are a major holiday. (we do this rather than raise our nightly prices ) the request for it will be sent over the week before your arrival thru the Airbnb resolution tab.
