Ideal for horse enthusiasts and country lovers, High Heifer Draft Farm, just 7 miles off i24 and near restaurants in Winchester or Manchester. This rustic styled room is located at the beautiful horse barn. It has a queen bed plus a foldable twin daybed (by request) The bathroom is next to the bedroom. It is a quiet place to stay, with beautiful views and nice country walks. good phone signal. There is NO WiFi nor is there a TV in the room. Bonnaroo is just 15mins away Jack Daniels 30mins. The space This is a 52 acre working horse farm! We breed draft and draft cross horses and offer horsemanship lessons, but unfortunately not riding lessons. There is a queen bed and there is also a foldable twin sofa bed, that can be kept folded back into an ottoman for more space. . (Let me know in advance and I can have it made up for you). Linens are included. There is a grill and picnic table outside. We are surrounded by Wilson reservoir and Tims Ford Lake. There are many boat ramps really close by. Winchester is just 8 miles away with nice restaurants. Bonnaroo Festival is only 15 minutes away. Jack Daniels is 30 minutes away. Guest access All the acerage around the barn, and walks are allowed through the hay fields. The areas behind the riding arena are private and off bounds as they are my personal home. I live on the property Other things to note The guest room is at THE GREEN BARN on the left as you first pull into the driveway, ( the GPS will take you too far up the driveway.) Do CALL me on my cellphone, I dont always hear the texts if I am on the tractor. This is a private horse facility and is rather quiet. I don't board horses. I just offer a layover for horses and riders traveling. The horse stalls are thirty five dollars per horse. paddocks turnout also available.
