Damson Cottage is a private, detached holiday retreat offering beautiful countryside views. With three spacious bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps five. The chef's kitchen provides an ideal space for entertaining. Enjoy the large garden and the tranquillity of this ideal escape. Being located in the heart of Dorset and surrounded by ancient history the cottage is ideally placed for country walks. The cottage is also located near a wide range of golf courses all within a twenty mile radius. The space Damson Cottage has been recently renovated and features a well-thought-out layout. It truly feels like a home away from home, providing a serene and welcoming escape for all, offering three cozy bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and a separate bathroom. As you come into the house via the right hand door, you come into a beautiful fully fitted fully equipped kitchen, containing a large electric cooker and oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine , milk frother and dab digital radio. There should be everything that you need to cook and bake during your stay. The kitchen has under floor heating and the entire house is fully double glazed and insulated. To the rear of the kitchen is a utility room with full washing facilities - washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. To the rear of the utility room is a separate downstairs toilet. Moving through the kitchen you will find the living room. Here a comfy sofa and chair, television, bureau and a cupboard stacked with games. You will also find a woodburning stove, enough logs for your stay and materials to help fire lighting - kindling, matches, firefighters and an ash bucket. Going up the stairs to the main bedroom on the left. This consists of a king size bed, bed side lamps, clothes storage space and a luggage rack. The main bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, basin, shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 again has a king size bed, wall mounted bed side cabinets with lamps, and clothes storage . Bedroom 3 is a single room with clothes storage , bedside lamp and table. The main bathroom is next to the small bedroom. Consisting of a large bath, shower, basin , toilet and heated towel rail. The property is detached and in a rural location with a large lawned area, a drive and off road parking. We have outdoor seating and a table so as this can be enjoyed. Other things to note We are a dog friendly holiday let but we do ask that dogs be kept downstairs and off of the furniture. Dog feeding and water bowls can be found in the cupboard under the utility sink. A hose is attached to the outside tap to the side of the property for dog and boot washing. We are in an area that is surrounded by golf courses, Ashley Wood 18 hole being 4 miles, Bere Regis 10 miles.
