Whether you’re a solo traveler or part of a large group, enjoy a fully furnished suite at an affordable rate. The space Our spacious suite offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 adults. There are 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The eat-in kitchen comes equipped with cooking essentials, and your stay includes coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil, and condiments. The spacious living room, complete with a smart TV, is the perfect place to relax. The electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance. The lower built-in cabinet doors reveal a hidden treasure trove of toys for the kids. The adjacent game room features a vintage poker table for a game night. From past to present, our selection of games offers something for everyone. Get ready to relax and recharge in our cozy bedrooms, starting with the first one that boasts a king bed dressed in premium bedding. The corner desk serves as both a functional workspace and a vanity, complete with a large lighted vanity mirror. Stay organized and keep all your essentials within reach in the spacious closet, equipped with storage, extra blankets, pillows and a twin air mattress. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a trundle bed. The beds are dressed in premium Belgian flax linen bedding, while the closet offers king bedding for your convenience if you wish to combine the twin beds into a split king bed. The room is equipped with two lighted vanity mirrors and seating for two people to get ready. Additionally, the closet contains extra storage, blankets, pillows. Our third bedroom features a twin bed, trundle bed, and useful washer and dryer. This is a pet friendly space with a gate and a kennel available for use. We provide separate pet-labeled blankets for comfort to use in the kennel. This room is located near the main living area, ensuring your pets are always nearby. Enjoy a smart TV for entertainment, and stay productive at the desk workspace, which doubles as a vanity with a lighted mirror. We apply a pet fee of $20 per pet/night to provide an enhanced cleaning service for this space after your pets' stay. This room is the perfect fusion of comfort and functionality. Each bed is adorned with 700 thread count sheets and equipped with both a fan and air purifier, which doubles as a soothing white noise for a peaceful slumber. The full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a hairdryer available for your use. Forget something? Check the drawers for additional complimentary toiletries. Our main closet in the game room is also stocked with a highchair, toddler cot, pack ‘n play and a portable rocking chair for your convenience. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire Second Story Suite during your stay. The Second Story Suite is one of only two vacation rental suites located within this downtown building. The Studio Suite is located on the main level. Each suite has its own private entrance, reserved parking, and separate amenities, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and private stay. SECOND STORY PARKING Look for the WHITE signs marked 24 North Second Story Suite No. 2. • There are 2 parking spots. • Please park PARALLEL to the building. Please pull all the way forward to the sign so the main level parking has room to get in and out. • You can pull in from behind the building to access the 2nd parking spot. You may also park on the gravel behind the building We ask that you respect our neighbors, including the fire station next door, and keep their parking clear for their vehicles and equipment. Please do not block the doors on the tin building next door. That is owned by the city maintenance department and they need to have access to emergency equipment. Thank you! Other things to note To access the suite, one must use the exterior stairs that lead to the entrance. PARKING: There are 2 marked off street parking spaces located on the South side of the building. Please park parallel to the building. Please do not block the entrance over head doors to the tin building in the lot next door. This building holds emergency equipment that the city workers and their vehicles need access to. No trailer parking in the lot next door. When parking, Please be respectful to our neighbors, the fire station, next door. There is overflow parking located directly behind our building on gravel. Pet friendly space is located in the bedroom/laundry room located next to the kitchen. There is a gate and a kennel available for use. Please no pets in other living areas of the suite. The suite is situated in a downtown area. As with any urban setting, you may hear some ambient noise during business peak hours.
