Our 3 friendly cats and small dog will be around to greet you and soak up any attention you offer, but don’t worry- they’ll stay out of your room. Relax in a comfy bed, unwind on the spacious patio, and enjoy the central location that makes exploring Pinellas County a breeze. Just 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete and 20 minutes from Clearwater! We can’t wait to host you! Women only please! The space 2 bed 1 bath Guest access YOUR PRIVATE BEDROOM: Queen sized bed, comfy mattress, fresh bedding, 32" inch Roku TV w/ Hulu & Paramount Plus! SHARED BATHROOM: Cleaned the day prior to or day of your stay, hotel quality towels, bathtub, shampoo & conditioner included. SHARED KITCHEN: Use as you please, including the refrigerator (you will have a designated shelf). Standard appliances, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker w/ complimentary coffee. (I make a great ice coffee!!) SHARED LIVING & DINING ROOM: 4 person dining table, couch, comfy chair, 55" Roku TV with. Cable, Hulu, and Paramount Plus & a decent selection of tabletop games. SHARED OUTDOORS: Large Patio w/ seating area. Screened patio w/ egg chair, & small dining table for 2. WASHER DRYER ACCESS: Washer and dryer in unit (detergent included) GUEST ACCESS You have full access to all common areas. The only area that is off limits is the other bedroom.
