Large family cabin in Trysil with mountain views

The cabin is located in Solskiva Hyttegrend in Nybergsund. Solskiva Hyttegrend is a quiet and well-established cabin area, with good sun conditions and great views of Trysilfjellet. Trysilfjellet ski resort, Norway's largest and most popular ski resort with 32 lifts and 69 slopes is only 7 km or approx. 10 min. by car from Solskiva. In and around Trysilfjellet there are also 150 km of cross-country ski trails. In the summer, Trysil can tempt with activities such as Trysil Bike Park, the climbing park and top tours in great nature, etc. The space The size of the cabin is 102 m2 on the 1st floor. In addition, there is a loft of 32 m2. Outside there is a lockable storage room of 3 m2 for storing, among other things, ski equipment. The cabin has a covered terrace of 15 m2, as well as a large sunny terrace of 48 m2. The plot is large and is remotely located with parking space for at least 4 cars. The plot also has a large play area for children with the possibility of ball games, etc. There is a gas grill and a fire pit that guests can use outside on the terrace. The place is perfect for families and friends seeking tranquility and adventure in a beautiful setting. We primarily want to rent to families or adults over the age of 25. In the cabin there is plenty of room for 2-3 families of up to 12 people. For more than 10 tenants, a fee applies NOK 250 per person per night. This will be post-invoiced. This is a non-smoking cabin. All smoking must be done outdoors. Pets, such as dogs and cats, are unfortunately not allowed. Duvets and pillows are in the cabin. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee of NOK 200 per person. This will be post-invoiced. Wood for the fireplace and fire pit is included in the rental price. Electricity consumption up to NOK 50 per day is included in the rental price. Electricity consumption on arrival/departure date is not billed. Electricity consumption beyond this will be invoiced. Guest access The cabin has an open space with kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. Large dining table (250x100 cm) with plenty of space for 12 people around. Living room with TV, sound system, RiksTV streaming box, cabin broadband (50 Mbps). In addition to the RiksTV channels, it is possible to watch Netflix and TV2 Play basis. For those who want it, there are some games in the TV bench. Kitchen with 2 combi cabinets (fridge/freezer), oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Kenwood food processor etc. The cabin has 5 bedrooms - 7 beds - 14 beds as well as 1 cot and 1 travel bed. Bedroom 1 downstairs: Double bed (180x200 cm) Bedroom 2 downstairs: Family bunk bed (120x200 cm + 75x200 cm) and crib Bedroom 3 downstairs: Family bunk bed ((120x200 cm + 75x200 cm) and bunk bed (75x200 cm x2) Bedroom 4 on the loft: Double bed (150x200 cm) Bedroom 5 on the loft: 2 single beds (75x200 cm) Two bathrooms downstairs and both with toilet, sink and shower. In addition, one bathroom has a washing machine.
