Whether you're seeking a relaxing spot to hang in the yard or an adventurous getaway, our home is the perfect destination. Our little Bungalow is located right in the heart of Old Town Lafayette and is only 3 blocks from all the restaurants, shops, breweries this lovely town has to offer. If you prefer to kick back and relax at home, you'll love sitting around the fire pit in our spacious back yard or going for a soak in the hot tub. We are pet friendly with a fee. Please see house rules. The space This place is perfect for small families, groups of friends, or two couples. The space is meant for people who like to chill out with their squad or catch up with old friends while adventuring around. You can cook or grill at home or easily walk into town and enjoy dinner on a patio at a handful of unique eateries. You'll have the chance to stroll to a local brewery for live music, bike around and enjoy the art displays, or hike the trails at the scenic Waneka Lake. Lafayette is a charming, fun and eclectic little slice of heaven that we love to call home. We have a huge fenced in yard with a dining table, lounge area with a fire pit and a hot tub! The fire pit is a cozy little area thats intended for sharing stories and looking for stars. The hot tub is perfect for those who spent their afternoon hiking around Boulder, Golden, or any of Colorado's magnificent outdoor adventure destinations. Here for a sporting event or completing a race? Just wanting to relax? This hot tub is the ONE to melt your achy muscles into full recovery mode. The inside of our home is very colorful - we love funky art and bright colors. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a connecting bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and the bathroom is located directly next to it. We have a full kitchen with a stovetop, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, microwave. Basically if you have the ingredients, we have the items you need to be able to prep and cook your meal. LOCATION: We are .2 miles or 4 minutes walking from Lafayette's Festival Plaza. Restaurants, breweries, shops, art galleries, museums - there's so much you can walk to. This is a friendly and safe neighborhood and people are usually out and about but noise is never an issue. At the back of our separated garage, we have a camper that we stay in and is fenced in for privacy. We tend to keep to ourselves as we always want to give our guests as much privacy as possible. We have two well trained dogs that will not have access to your property but you may occasionally hear them sniffing around on the far side of the fence. The fence was built with privacy in mind so there is no visibility from either side.
