Other things to note A signed rental agreement, ID upload and a $750 security deposit hold is required for all bookings. Security deposit to be processed by host on guest’s credit card. Please remember you're staying at a person's house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on site 24/7. 1 small dog allowed. This house can comfortably fit 6 people, but can sleep 8. We charge extra for more than 6 people. There is a doorbell camera at the front door for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. We provide a starter kit for supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. For extended stays you will need to buy more. Stays greater than 29 days will require a background check, credit check and a separate lease. Stays greater than 29 days will include utilities up to $350 for Gas and Electricity, $150 for water.
