The spacious 230 m² of living space can accommodate up to 10 guests (baby crib available on request). Large panoramic windows, an impressive gallery, and the open living area create a bright, inviting atmosphere with a fantastic view of the countryside. The cozy wood-burning stove ensures relaxed evenings, especially during the cooler months. The spacious balcony leads directly into the lovingly designed outdoor area – the heart of the property. Here you can enjoy the infinity pool, relaxing hours on the sun loungers or cozy evenings in the lounge furniture and hanging chairs. Surrounded by meadows and forests, a wide view of nature and soothing tranquility open up. The panoramic sauna provides additional relaxation, perfectly rounding off the private wellness experience. The space Ground floor: Open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate apartment with a sleeping area for two people, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony. Upstairs: A family room with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a French double bed (140 × 200 cm), another bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a spacious bathroom. The modern kitchen has everything you need for shared meals and cozy evenings.
