Twenty-five minutes from downtown Mendocino, you'll enjoy 30 acres of total privacy overlooking the valley to the ocean below: The house is modern and immaculate, framing sweeping views with 2 bedrooms and 2 half baths with conjoined walk-in shower. We have purchased high-end solid foam bed/couches, which fold out in the second bedroom and living room for a total of 6 people. (an additional floor futon is available for a little one ). The space Our home had two full bedrooms, of which the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has an extremely comfortable high-end solid foam king size sleeper sofa. There is an additional king foam sleeper sofa in the living room for six people total. (we also have a foam floor futon for a little one.) There are 2 half baths for privacy and a shared conjoined walk-in shower. The house works on Insta hot so the hot water is fast and has excellent pressure. Guest access Our caretakers live on the farm at the end of the road and will leave the house open and key on the kitchen counter upon your arrival. Other things to note Albion is approximately 10-15 minutes minutes from Navarro River Redwoods State Park, Van Damme State Park, Big River Beach at Mendocino Headlands, Crown Hall In, and Russian Gulch State Park. Boat rentals and river access are available locally. We are 15 minutes up from the highway off a private road spotted with lovely quiet neighbors and a nearby llama farm. After a long day of hiking, return for a spectacular view, almost always above the fog, and dine indoors or out on the deck. We request no shoes nor sand in the house and for that reason, no pets.
