We have been on Airbnb for three years now and are proud to have maintained an impeccable track record of 100% positive feedback. Recently, the administration of the space has changed, which led us to create a new registry from scratch. Even so, our excellence remains the same! The house has two floors, designed to offer comfort, silence and tranquility. On the ground floor, we have a cozy room with a small rustic kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay: stove, refrigerator, microwave, basic pots and utensils, as well as glasses and dishes. On the ground floor, there is also a guest bathroom. To access the second floor, the staircase is external. Upstairs, you'll find four cozy rooms. Two of them have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each. Bed linens and microfiber blankets are provided, all sanitized after each rental. We only ask that you bring your own towels and toiletries. Regarding the infrastructure, we inform you that the internet signal works well, as well as the supply of electricity and water. Such complications are rare and, when they occur, are related exclusively to the region's service providers. For this reason, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any instabilities or interruptions of these services. Outside, we have a lovely pool with night lighting, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It is important to note that the pool does not have heating. The garage comfortably accommodates up to four cars. Our check-in is from 11 a.m., and check-out is flexible, so you can make the most of your time here. For everyone's safety, we have active monitoring cameras at the entrance to the property, in the garage garden, and on the outside staircase. As we are in an area close to the wild forest, it is important to take some precautions: avoid leaving shoes and clothes on the floor and keep doors and windows closed when you are not in the space. We have never had any incidents, but these guidelines are especially important for those traveling with children. It is important to emphasize that the space is not suitable for events, parties, or gatherings where people like to listen to loud sounds. Casa do Funil was prepared for those who appreciate silence, tranquility and the experience of listening to the sounds of nature. In addition, loud noise harms our neighbors, and we prioritize, above all, a good relationship with them. For this reason, it is essential that our guests are aligned with the way we offer the rental service, respecting the proposal of the place. The terrain is also steeper, which makes it difficult for large groups to move around and can create risks. In open areas like ours, sound propagates more easily, especially at night, reinforcing the need to maintain moderate volumes. The second-floor windows are a spectacle in themselves, offering a 360° view with breathtaking scenery at dusk and perfect photo settings. The house is well ventilated naturally and we do not provide fans, precisely to avoid possible accidents. If you prefer, we recommend that you bring portable fans. We rent the entire house, a very common option among groups who want to experience the full experience of the space. The rental fee has been adjusted to accommodate groups of between 8 and 10 people, considering our structure. For smaller groups, the price may not be the most affordable, but it reflects not only the infrastructure offered, but also the unique experience of the privileged location, overlooking the mountains and total immersion in the wild forest.
