This is an ideal home base for the game, either watching it on the large 65" OLED TV with surround sound, or your going to SoFi Stadium, which is about 25 miles away. This place is super cozy for 6 people, but if you’re bringing 8, you can always use the two sleeper sofas. Just make sure to choose the right guest count when you book so we can make sure everything’s ready :) TWO-CAR PARKING: Wide private driveway parking can accommodate a maximum of two cars side by side, or extra wide for 1 car with accessibility needs. The third car would need to park along the street. STEPS TO ACCESS HOUSE: There are a total of 3 steps from the driveway parking to the inside the entrance door of the house. Once inside the house, all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room are all step-free accessible. There is only 1 step down inside the house leading to the back living room. The second detached unit is completely separated by a fence, and does not have access to the back yard of this house. Your perfect Los Angeles home away from home awaits! Guest access Guests have access to the main house on the property, as well as the backyard and sideyard. The door has a smart lock with unique passcode that will be provided after booking. The detached ADU in the back is fenced off. Guests would not be permitted to access that area. Other things to note The detached ADU house in the back is currently rented by another guest, and is not included as apart of the booking of this main house.
