Sitting in a quiet cove that goes out to the Chesapeake Bay or Rappahannock River. Beautiful beach at Hughlett Point Natural Area Preserve about 15 minutes away. Tides Inn is a mere 7 miles. The town of Kilmarnock is full of excellent shops. The space Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a second bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds with a single/ double beds. In the office, there is a daybed. A nice cozy den, living room and dining room. The yard is 1.2 acres for plenty of privacy around your own fire pit. The garage is climate controlled and has a washer and dryer. Lovely home for a family visiting the area. Urbana, Deltaville and Irvington very close by. There is a playroom that can be seen from the den, living room and dining room; allowing you to keep an eye on the children. Guest access Front door has a keyless entry, code will be given prior to your stay. Other things to note Great weekend for a group of women or men who just want to explore the area. I fell in love with the town the minute I drove through it.
