The quiet terrace is accessible via the living and dining area and offers direct access to the adjoining large garden, which invites you to play and relax. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The building is set in the middle of the small village of Nitztal. Directly adjacent there are popular hiking and cycling trails. Across the street is the newly built quiet children's playground. The idyllic Nitzbach flows below the house.
