Our property offers an authentic experience of relaxation and comfort thanks to the presence of a swimming pool, large garden and wellness center. The space The Agriturismo Monte di Bebbio has four elegant studios (accommodating up to 2 people), each furnished with care and equipped with modern comforts, maintaining a strong connection with local style and architecture. Each studio has a kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, and cozy rooms. You'll have Wi-Fi, ideal for work or leisure. Guests can relax in our 100 sqm SPA, which offers a hot tub, sauna, steam room and a quiet relaxation area, perfect for stretching body and mind. Outside, the spacious garden welcomes you with an inviting sun deck and an outdoor pool, ideal for your moments of relaxation in the sun. Our facility is pet-friendly and warmly welcomes pets. There is no breakfast service, but each studio has a kitchen where you can prepare it yourself. Upon arrival, you will find some artisanal products from our farm (yogurt and desserts made by us) directly in the fridge of your apartment. Managed by the same family for over 10 years, the farm stands out for its commitment to enhance the territory, guaranteeing the highest quality and respect for the environment. Guest access Guests have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool and garden. We also offer free parking and Wi-Fi in all areas of the property. Our front desk is always available for assistance and advice on local activities. The price includes 1 hour and 30 minutes of SPA access. The spa is shared and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at a time. Use is possible ONLY WITH ADVANCE RESERVATION, with 1 hour and 30 minute sessions in the time slot 3:30 pm–8:00 pm. Access is the opening of the outdoor pool according to the weather conditions and approximately from the end of May until the end of September. Nearby you can do various outdoor activities such as walking on CAI trails, horseback riding in collaboration with a local riding school, and visiting some historical places in the area such as: - the Museum of the Resistance of Montefiorino - Santa Giulia di Monchio Park - Carpineti Castle - the Pietra di Bismantova - the Romanesque church of Rubbiano all places 15/20 minutes by car.
