A charming home from home, Coote Cottage is nestled a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Padstow’s harbour. Recline in the pretty back garden as you peer out across sea views or unwind in front of the cosy wood burner on cooler evenings. At Coote Cottage, thought has been poured into the smallest details, making your stay extra special. The space Ground Floor Kitchen/diner with an electric oven with a gas hob and a gas range and a fridge with an ice box. A large living room/dining area with SMART TV and DVD player and a wood-burner (bring your own logs) and also with doors leading out to the garden. Shower/utility room with a fridge with an ice-box and shower room with WC, heated towel rails and washbasin. First Floor 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, WC & basin. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) Outside Garden and patio area with table and chairs. Parking There is no parking at Coote Cottage Linen and Towels Linen & Towels are provided. Linen changed weekly. Please bring own beach towels. Pillows and duvets are a mixture of synthetic and feather. Arrival and Departure Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival Babies and Children No children under the age of 3. Heating There is central heating throughout and a wood-burner in the lounge (please bring your own logs). Guest access ACCESS: From the pavement outside there is 2 steps up inside through the front door. GROUND FLOOR: Once inside is the kitchen/diner. From here there is a sliding door leading through to the lounge with another dining area. There is also a downstairs WC with shower, basin and two heated towel rails. FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up a wooden staircase (which is open so care must be taken with children) take you up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms plus one tiny step up into a large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living area there are doors leading out to the garden with 3 steps up onto the lawn and 1 step up onto a lovely patio area with table and chairs.
