*Absolutely no subletting permitted. Only 1 seasonal rental party allowed. ( consisting of 1 or 2 seniors 55 yrs or older) Our place is an older (700 square feet) manufactured mobile home with a cute rustic cottage makeover. *Our HOA requires potential renters to have a background and ID check as well as signing a rules and regulation agreement. 2 full size beds The space Our cottage is in a small, lively senior community with planned activities. A well maintained clubhouse with an outdoor heated swimming pool is available to our guest. Enjoy a lake-view and beautiful sunsets from our living room windows or backyard patio. Beaches are within a short drive. Lovely Sanibel Island is only a 20 minute drive. You will find many places to shop and dine nearby. Other things to note The amenities include TV. The TV is broadcast and internet is available for any strategies like SLING, netflix, Hulu, etc 2 TVs. One is a Smart TV.
