Cottage in Itaúnas

The chalet is a good opportunity for those who want to experience the rustic lifestyle of the village of Itaúnas. The houses were built by my mother in 1997 to receive tourists visiting the village. In recent years, we have been renovating them to make them more cozy. The cottage is tiny, but it will have everything you need to spend a few days in the village. The house is located near the main square, just three blocks from it, near the river and the entrance to the Itaúnas State Park. The space The chalet is rustic in style and follows the pattern of the houses that were built in the village. It consists of an integrated living room and kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine with a double mattress. Because of the structure of the roof, with stronger winds, it is common to drop dust and leaflets. The villa is surrounded by an environmental protection park. Our backyard borders with the river and the visit of insects and small mammals are common. We have already recorded marmosets, woolly monkeys, coatis, and capuchin monkeys. They are welcome. The accommodation does not offer bed and bath linens. If you need it, we can put it in for an extra fee. The chalet is 5 minutes walking from the central square. It is also close to the river, five minutes from the entrance to Itaúnas State Park and a 20-minute walk to the beach. The chalet backyard is shared with two other houses and a house. Pets are welcome, but the yard is not completely fenced and owners should be vigilant. We are in a villa. Despite having market service, pharmacies and restaurants, everything here is more difficult and can fail. Be aware of this when choosing Itaúnas as a destination. Guest access The little house is in a shared yard with other cottages. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not provided. On New Year's Eve, Carnival and the Itaúnas Forró Festival, the accommodation has a fixed package price.
