There is a conglomerate of renowned hospital like HCOR, Osvaldo Cruz, Sirio Libanez e Ben. Portuguesa, amongst others. Pool will be closed on 07/10 till 08/16/18 The space . The building was done in 2015, with amenities like gym, pool, sauna,24 hours doorman service, elevators, security cameras, etc. There is home office in the building but you must make a reservation in advance in order to use it. The apto also was design with the goal of offering comfort and commodity. The kitchen is fully equipped for a short term stay, like coffee maker, pans, blender, toaster, Electric oven, sandwich and grill maker, etc, There is also sheets and towels for all guests. Observe that this apto can be rentented for 5 people only for family with kids up to 14 years of age.This apt is 30m2 and may not be comfortable for many people. It ha a double bed, a full size sleeping couch and a foldable puff Guest access Guests can use the building pool, Sauna, which is located on 21st floor and Workout area on 20th floor between 7AM and 12PM. The white card that gives you access to them will be in the room. Replacement cost to the card will be R$50. There is laundry in the building, and you can use it with a Prepayment of R$ 10 for wash and R$10 for drying per load. You must request the use and you'll have to download the laundry app on your device where I'll upload the credit previously paid by you. Other things to note Please be kind to the environment and turn lights and air conditioners off when you leave the apt. It's the guest's responsibility to inform the following documents, for all people in the party, in order to have access to the property and Garage: Passport # and country where it was issued for international travelers. For domestic travelers, I need to have the RG # and state where it was issued. I must register all guests in order for you to have access to the building and the vehicle to access the garage and there is no exception. For the car, I need to know the Make, model, year, and plate number. If you are renting, you must text Richard with this info, as soon as you get the car. * I need to know your estimated time arrival time. Observe time earlier or later than specified may be possible but not guaranteed. We expect the guests to follow the rules of the Condominium and it's available in the admin office or posted on elevators. On my welcome note, I describe most situations that the guest may know if not all. Note, the day the pool and terrace are being cleaned up there is no access to it until the service is done. I apologize for any inconvenience but the condominium requirement is for the safety of guests and permanent residents. Please note that the Toilet system in Brazil does not accept tissue paper or other objects, so please dispose it in trash can. Also, the trash can not go on the hall, it must go in sub solo VISITS: According to Airbnb it is not a host obligation to accept visits, however, I'll be happy to make exceptions. The rule for visitors to enter the building are the same as for the guest. Name and ID Photo is required. The registration is valid only for the required date. The front desk has no authority to authorize guests or visitors without being in the system and please understand that if you ask them to let people in, you are asking for them to jeopardize their job.
