The apartment is located in a condominium, on the 3rd floor of a building dating from around 1880, opposite Villa Bonaparte, which currently houses the French Embassy to the Holy See, and just a short walk from “La Rinascente,” a large fashion department store featuring top Italian and international brands. The district is famous for Federico Fellini's Dolce Vita, a worldly stage of Italian and Hollywood film stars of the '60s. The newly renovated apartment is furnished in a classic style. There is a built-in wardrobe just outside the smaller room. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with a 43-inch Smart TV. Upon arrival, all guests will be registered and a short-term rental agreement will be signed, based on Italian rental regulations.
